You may opt out of promotional, event, fundraising, or marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the communication or by emailing info@luxarts.org. After opting out, you may continue to receive nonpromotional communications concerning your transactions, registrations, donations, participation, or relationship with Lux. If you provide a mobile telephone number, we may use it to send nonmarketing communications such as booking confirmations, reminders, or scheduling information. Studio Lux and Lux Arts Collective may disclose personal information to each other and may use common systems and service providers to store and manage that information. Each may use the information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law and your communication choices. We may also disclose information (i) among the Lux Parties as reasonably necessary to operate and administer our websites, programs, services, and other activities; (ii) to service providers and other persons that assist us with website hosting, registration, scheduling, payments, donations, communications, customer-relationship management, analytics, recordkeeping, professional services, and business or program administration; (iii) to venues, schools, event partners, community partners, presenters, or other organizations as reasonably necessary to administer a program, event, or other offering; (iv) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is legally required in response to a subpoena, court order, governmental request, or other legal process; (v) when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the safety, property, or rights of Lux, the Lux Parties, our participants, or others, or to investigate or prevent fraud, misuse, or unlawful conduct; (vi) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, transfer of assets or operations, dissolution, or similar transaction involving Studio Lux or Lux Arts Collective; or (vii) at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise disclosed when the information is collected. We may disclose information that has been aggregated or otherwise altered so that it does not reasonably identify you.
Our websites and online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult may provide information concerning a child in connection with a youth program or other offering.
